Employee Engagement
Bentley Fundraisers is an employee support scheme which we launched a number of years ago to encourage our employees to support charities through fundraising initiatives, by matching what they raise by up to £100. In 2010 we matched over £4,500 of our employees' fundraising efforts for charities of their own choice. We have also established a 'Be Good Givers' payroll giving scheme with great success.
