Employee Engagement

Over the last few years we have worked with some of our client partners to deliver a range of community volunteering projects.  In 2007, this amounted to a donation of over £5,500 worth of labour time.

We are also aware that many of our employees have been active fundraisers for different charities and we wanted to be able to show our support for their efforts too.

    Fundraisers

Bentley Fundraisers is an employee support scheme which we launched in January 2008.  It aims to encourage our employees to support charities through fundraising initiatives, by matching what they raise by up to £100.
