Both the construction industry and the sectors we serve can change rapidly and as a result, our business must have the flexibility to be able to respond.

The water industry has been at the core of our business for many years and we believe that we have developed the necessary skills to deliver value across a broad range of projects in this sector. Our Large Schemes Team has been established to deliver work that is outside of our current client frameworks so that we can further develop our expertise.

The team is currently active in delivering large schemes for Yorkshire Water (with values up to £18million) and the outlook is promising with proposals currently being prepared for further large schemes and a number of tendered projects for United Utilities in the North West.

The team is also diversifying into other sectors to deliver large scheme and framework projects.   They are currently working with Lancashire County Council as part of their REMADE in Lancashire urban regeneration works.
