Although a large proportion of our workload in recent years has emanated from long-term partnering arrangements we recognise that this type of arrangement does not suit all clients. Also, clients who procure large one-off projects have different requirements to those who run ongoing capital programmes. Our traditional contracts team, based in Skipton, is structured to service these clients.

The team is made up of individuals with a diverse background and range of skills from estimating and planning to electrical engineering and building regulations.

Projects can include feasibility, budgeting, design, estimating, construction and commissioning and the success of the team is largely due to their flexibility and desire to deliver client satisfaction and not just a 'structure'.
