Solid WasteWaste is a key market for JN Bentley and our subsidiary company Mott MacDonald Bentley (MMB).
Through MMB, we have long-term framework agreements with Waste Recycling Group and Yorwaste. These frameworks deliver feasibility, design and construction services principally for landfill operations, but we also have significant experience in the design and construction of Household Waste Recycling Centres and Waste Transfer Stations, most recently with Bradford Metropolitan District Council. A key ingredient of our success lies in our understanding of client requirements in respect of the regulatory framework that governs their operations – particularly the Environment Agency’s considerations. We are keen to harness our expertise from the water sector to support waste operators in the design and construction of process plants for waste recycling and treatment.
