2007 Top 25To compile our league table, our project teams apply a simple weighted scoring system to every completed order against a set of categories to calculate an overall performance score with 1 being the maximum score. (1 = excellent performance, 2.75 = satisfactory and 5 = poor.) For additional information, you can download a copy of our Performance Report Scoring Matrix here. In 2007, our minimum acceptable standard for our 390 subcontract suppliers was set at 2.75 (slightly tougher than the 2006 minimum standard of 3.0) and we conducted over 1,921 Performance Reports on orders. The average score for all suppliers in 2007 was 2.13, an average which has improved year on year for the last four years. Only a small minority failed to meet our minimum acceptable standard in 2007, and with many exceeding it, the standard of those making our top 25 is outstanding.
