Training & Development


As an employer, we recognise the importance of building and maintaining a happy and skilled workforce for the future, and so we encourage continued professional development through dedicated training and development programmes.

We support employees working towards a professional qualification through partnership with the ICE (Institution of Civil Engineers) - we have a working ICE approved training scheme to support professional development.

We also have our own in-house development schemes for Civil Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and Quantity Surveying, supporting career and professional development through experience and training. 

These development schemes aim to develop people in their required role i.e. Quantity Surveyor, Site Manager or HR Assistant.

A professional qualification can also be gained at the same time, because our in-house development schemes go hand-in-hand with professional body development objectives.
