'Be Involved' is the second strand of the JN Bentley CSR programme and refers to our commitment to provide a happy, safe, inclusive and rewarding place to work for all our employees. 

It covers everything from our work on health and safety and the training and development opportunities we provide, to the way we welcome new members of the team and how we listen to and recognise the contributions of our employees.
