We value the contribution our employees make to the success of our business and we demonstrate our commitment to their wellbeing by engaging them in our Health & Safety programmes. 

Ultimately, our employees are our greatest asset and our new safety strategy places their safety as first equal priority with production.  The strategy builds on our collective efforts and initiatives over the past few years and continues the theme that we need everyone to Bentley Involved. 

Our intention is to harness the genuine desire of our people to work safely and give them a clear direction, clear standards, clear responsibilities and common goals.  The strategy is currently being communicated to employees, but more information will be made available once the roll-out is complete. 

We are also continually reinforcing safety messages through our Health & Safety Initiatives and our Golden Rules to drive further improvements and continue towards our goal of zero injuries.
