Subcontract Performance Report Scoring MatrixThis matrix aims to give subcontractors and potential subcontractors an indication of how we score them through our Performance Report system. Performance Reports are conducted for every order placed with subcontractors and satisfactory scores are necessary if a supplier is to remain approved for future orders. Our approach to assessing subcontractors for approval and on an ongoing basis is explained in the Subcontractor Pages and the process is outlined through the Workflow diagrams available for download in this section.
