Subcontract Re-assessment WorkflowThis Workflow shows subcontractors our process for ensuring approved subcontractors are monitored through Performance Reports. When looked at alongside the Scoring Matrix (also available to download below), subcontractors can see how they are assessed and what standards are expected in order to remain approved. It also shows the process for dealing with unsatisfactory Performance Report scores and how we manage a re-assessment process.
