Subcontractor Assessment FormSubcontractors interested in working with us should read the information provided in the Subcontractors section of this website. If we have not worked with you before, you will need to complete the Assessment Form for us to review before we are able to place an order with you. This form is available as a Microsoft Excel document to download below and you should refer to the Subcontract Approval Workflow (also available to download below) for guidance on the process. Please save the Assessment form and complete it electronically, making sure you have completed all the worksheets. When you've finished, please save your changes and then email the completed form to us at info@jnbentley.co.uk with the words Subcontractor Assessment in the subject line of your email. Depending on your browser, you may need to save this file to your desktop before you can open it. If you experience any problems, please email info@jnbentley.co.uk with "Website" in the subject line.
