Alastair Binns

 

Alastair joined JN Bentley in 1990 as a Quantity Surveyor.  He holds an HNC in Building Studies and completed RICS Final Examinations in Quantity Surveying.  Having progressed through the Company over the last 18 years, he is currently JN Bentley's Commercial Director whose responsibilities include ensuring that contractual agreements are upheld and that the Company is paid for work undertaken.  He also oversees subcontractor assessments and cost-benefit analysis to determine whether to subcontract labour on particular projects.
